bedrooms

finally, i have time to upload some photos! here are pictures of the master bedroom and guest bedroom! i wish i had pictures of the master bathroom and the walk-in closet but they are not exactly worth showing in their current state - we haven't really gotten to the point of recleaning our bathroom and reorganizing our closets to a state that i feel worthy of photo documentation. i am hoping i will be able to upload them later this week some time but until then, these will have to do!

personally, although i know i am completely biased, i do love how both rooms turned out. in my opinion the headboard, night tables and overall decor of the master bedroom turned out exactly how i hoped; it is cozy, masculine and feminine all at once. also, since the majority of the guest bedroom, such as the duvet cover, sheets, bed, curtains etc, came straight from my previous room at my parents house, i already knew i was going to love it - i don't think there was much anxiety there. thank you, mama jones, for fully furnishing my original bedroom/current guest bedroom. i am very, very happy with these two rooms.

master bedroom:

i clearly should iron my covers but, lets be real, i have not had time yet

i am hoping to purchase a funky mirror in the future to go over the his and her dressers

* i love how my dresser has nice, girly things on top and jesse's has nothing, yet, when i attempted to put something on it he immediately objected, informing me it was "his" dresser and i couldn't put my "girly crap" on it.  obviously canadian tire money and various ratty lists and receipts are manly enough to reside on "his" dresser haha

guest bedroom:

this room is almost completely ikea 

i am not sure those curtains do much but they sure are pretty.
